一、Introduction
Fiberglass Mat is a sheet product made by continuous strand or chopped strand dropping down and laying non-directionally and continuously and chopped and dispersed into net, and then stitched together by chemical adhesive or stitch-bonding machine. Our fiberglass mats are mainly divided into chopped strand mat, continuous mat and composite mat.
Chopped stitched strand mat is made of alkali-free glass fiber multi-bundled raw silk, and the fiber is cut into 5cm or 10cm chopped yarn for laying, uniformity of spreading, and mat is made by stitched.

三、Application area:
1. Pultrusion process: Using continuous mat and stitched mat to produce pultruded products, the hoop and transverse strength of the product can be significantly improved to prevent cracking of the product. The pultrusion process requires that the mat has uniform fiber distribution, high tensile strength, fast resin impregnation, good flexibility and moldability. Suitable for manufacturing tool handles, insulation ladders, insulation rods, handrails, etc.
2. Winding process: good permeability, suitable for fast winding. Suitable for the manufacture of pipes, tanks, etc.
